Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (United States): 8-12 business days Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

If the carrier confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for chargebacks on the basis of non delivery. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms successful delivery. If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the latest tracking update so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
